Precautions for staying

We are a small guest house, so please help us to make a reservation after the travel schedule is confirmed so that there is no cancellation

Please refrain from making duplicate requests for reservations from travel agencies.

We accept reservations up to 6 months in advance. Reservation is not confirmed at the time of form submission.

The reservation will be completed when you receive a reservation confirmation email from our Guesthouse. Thank you for your understanding. We will be sure to contact you even if you cannot make a reservation. We aim to reply within 1-2 days after receiving a reservation email from a customer. If you do not receive a reservation confirmation e-mail, it is possible that this e-mail has been recognized as junk e-mail or spam. If you cannot confirm the reply, please check your spam folder and contact us by phone. We do not accept proxy reservations. Please make a reservation in person.

Please pay in cash at check-in

※Unfortunately, credit cards cannot be used. Upon arrival, we ask that you present your identification card and fill out the guest list.

cancellation policy

If cancellation is unavoidable, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows.

On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee

The day before: 70% of the accommodation fee

2 days to 7 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee

vegetarian option request

If you are vegetarian, be sure to request the content and number of people. No meat, no fish, no seafood available. Can accommodate lacto-ovo vegetarians. However, the soup stock cannot be removed.
